    Planning Approval received for New House in Lambeth

    SOUP are please to have acheived planning approval for a new build house on a tight, 56 sq metre urban site in the London Borough of Lambeth.

    The site is in an established Conservation Area near Brixton Road and sits between a Grade II listed building to the East and a 3 to 4 storey housing estate to the West and South.
