We were commissioned to carry out an indepth feasibility study into a housing development on the island of Alderney.
A concept of re-configurable modules allowed for multiple permutations of 2 and 3 bed houses, each with gardens and vehicle access. The density of housing met the planning policy requirements at the time, and the clients brief. During the feasibility we researched many environmental strategies to allow the development to have a low carbon footprint, but also buildable on this remote island.
